Tapping came into my life at a time of major change and trauma–I had just had a baby at 19 years old, attended 5 funerals in one year, and was dealing with physical ailments that doctors had no solution or cure for. I was completely overwhelmed with life, living in fear everyday of who I was going to lose next, fighting a losing battle against my own anxiety, and trying to figure out how to be the best mother possible. I was out of my depth in my life, with no salvation in sight.

The first time I experienced tapping, I felt an instant release and rush of emotions. The floodgates opened up, and with them came a wave of positive change into my life. I was able to reset my nervous system, heal my inner child, and release the trauma that had been causing me so much emotional and physical agony.

That was nearly 11+ years ago, and my life has completely transformed in every single way since. I have worked with hundreds of women in my online program, teaching them to use EFT Tapping to release stress and anxiety and receive abundance and fulfillment. I have personally walked with people through health diagnoses, relationship transitions, business growth and success, money blocks and beliefs, and more, and seen them through to the other wise. I have spoken on stages across North America, and been hired by industry-leading experts to act as a lead Emotional Support Coach in online programs. And none of it–not the money, the happiness, nor the audience with people who need to hear from me–would have been possible if Tapping hadn’t found me when I was at my lowest.
